Beginning in 1959 one of the oldest and most well known nudist colonies was well under way and was really coming together. The Nudist colony became known as the Florida Naturist Park and was available to most everyone, except those of African American decent. The founders of this park not only founded the nudist park but also founded the Naturist Religious Society.
