South Carolina Nudist Beaches

Whether you want to try nudity for the first time or you are just bored of the nude beaches that you know of, maybe it’s time to get away to South Carolina, where the southern charm of SC naturists will leave you feeling stress-free and one with nature. The soft sand is relaxing, so read a book or go swimming topless or completely nude. Everyone is welcome, from honeymooners to singles and retirees or families. Some people go naked, while others still express shyness with a bathing suit. Either way, being naked in South Carolina is entirely optional. Be free to roam around naked, or not.

Some places you might start – include Beaufort, Corolla Beach or Bald Head Island. Don’t worry, even if you have hair you can still attend! While nude beaches in South Carolina can be harder to find, often the discovery is worth it. Travelling nude clubs also sometimes have private beach parties as part of their moving from one facility to the next. It’s just that the nude travel clubs do not have their own properties, so the members plan “field trips” which sometimes includes nude beaches in the area.

You may have to start with a nude campground that has a nude beach on its private premises, as many public beaches simply do not allow nudity the same way its accepted by fellow naturists. Venture to Travelites or Cedar Creek Park. Also check out the nudist colonies and resorts to find private spots to shed your wardrobe at the edge of the beach and then lay in the sun, all while completely nude!
