Playalinda Beach

Playalinda Beach, part of Canaveral National Seashore operated by the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (US Fish & Wildlife Service) Titusville, FL; has long allowed nudity and has an unofficial clothing-optional beach located at the north end of Lot 13 and north of dune crossover 13B. While there is no federal law restricting nude sunbathing, Brevard County passed an ordinance against nudity, but the Sherriff is not enforcing it pending a challenge[58] to the constitutionality of the ordinance.
